Has graduated Low at University of Istanbul. After have made master degree in International Relationship at Social science institution of the same university. Between 1983 and 2007 took position of Lower in Trade court, State Security Courts (DGM) and Criminal Court. Being a member of Board of Directors of Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) between 2007 and 2013 Mustafa Akın is also an author most of printed works and articles of his profile. Rather than being honourable member of Mediation Association which has founded by himself in 2014, he also gives lectures about Banking Low in various universities.
